Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Met a few kids at Dimple Dell and did the loop. It was super cold until the sun came up when we got done. The boys tool off a bit head of me so I was basically by myself the whole run. Added on a .5 at the end to hit 7 miles. 53:05 and 7:33 ave. Fastest mile was mile 6 at 6:22
