Ran up Butterfield Canyon today.  It was really nice until we got up about 2.5 miles then it was snow packed and icy.  I actually went down after I turned around on a steep hill.  Lucky for me I slid more then slammed on the ground, so no real injury.  The last 3 miles were fast with the last two at 5:30, and 5:23.  Felt good to let it go a little.  7:21 ave.

Natioanl Ranking came out and my boys are tied with Davis for 8th, with AF in 3rd.  3 teams from Utah in the top 10 in the USA is pretty good!  HERE

Wow, 3 top 10 schools from Utah, that is amazing! Congrats to your team for 8th. That is really cool. Wouldn't that have been so much fun in high school to run with the team that was ranked like yours?

Yes, and it would have been fun to actually have a coach that knew what they were doing too.
