Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
I ran over to Butterfield park and back. It was very windy today. I had a headache most of the day, but was able to still run okay. I did about 5.5 miles withe the last mile at 5:56. Then I grabbed the VFFs and headed down to Foothill park and did 6x150m strides on the grass. 7:20 ave for the run.
