Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- I am still sore from Saturday's run, especially in the quads, not really ideal for St. George this week. Ran to practice ad ran with my boys and then home. 7:19 pace for 6 miles
PM- 3 Easy miles
Asics 2140 Miles: 3.00
Asics 1160 Miles: 6.00
