Workout with my guys today. It wasn't much of a marathon workout, but I didn't need much either. We warmed up for a couple of miles and did a 9x300 meters on the grass with about a 75 meter rest in between. I made my guys hang behind me for most of the intervals. They have a hard time running speed work right and often run way too fast and then die. I think a lot of people do that same thing. We worked on pace, form, and turnover. We cooled down for a couple more miles after. 6.5 miles total. Normally I would hit a mile or two hard on the track or on a downhill stretch, but this workout today was fine. All easy stuff the rest of the week.
