I did most of a workout with my kids today. We warmed up with a mile, did an Indian run for a mile and did mile repeats on the grass. I did one mile with Chris in 5:22. I timed the second mile and cooled down with them, then added some more after. 6 miles total. (Tangent-271 miles) Tomorrow I will do about 5 miles easy. My cold is on the way out so I hope to be healthy on race day.
