Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM - With the kids and more on my own. 7:33 pace for 7 miles
PM- Easy run with Haag 7:28 pace for 5 miles
Legs not sore, but I took it real easy. Right ankle a bit sore, but felt pretty good.
