I met Cody at Merlin Olsen park and we did about a 5 mile loop together. We went up Center Street, around the east part of the Island, around the water lab, and back via canal trail and Boulevard. We only took one wrong turn (my bad), but didn't get to far off course. I haven't run in that area for a while and I usually go the opposite way. We ran the opposite directions to our homes when we got back to the park. Good run this morning, it was just what I needed. The achilles didn't seem to sore either. I was thinking about it and find it kind of odd, but this was the first time I have ever went on a run with just Cody, there has always been at least one other guy every time. 1:04:17

Yesterday was the first day that just Cody and I had run together. Week of firsts.

Are you coming on the long run tomorrow?

I will be there, even though I didn't quite want to start doing long runs yet.
