I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

This is the race 5k. 3rd overall, 1st in age. 19:01. It was a dificult course but I must have been going slower then what I thought I was, because even on a slower course I should run a lot faster than that. I was disapointed with my performance.
