Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- Easy run, mostly with Haag and McKay. 4 mile loop.

I'm debating on Saturday...I REALLY try/want to support local races especially like yours, but with having such a tight SGM schedule I've got to do 16 and I don't want to have to get up at 2AM either :) We're still debating, but please know that I am SO excited that teams are doing productive fund-raisers like this and not making me buy pizzas or cookie dough!!!
