AM run. Tried to keep 9:30 pace for each mile. First mile was 9:43, so sped up after first mile. Then ran9:25, 9:20, and 9:15 miles and then 8:37 for last .1. 38:30 with overall pace of 9:25. Ran flat mostly in desert. 40 lunges, 20 squats, 20 back extenders, 40 push-ups, 40 crunches, 1 min plank 40 lunges, 20 squats, 20 back extenders, 30 push-ups, 30 crunches, 1 min plank I believe that i need to become more consistent with my core workouts to start improving more. |
