AM neighborhood run. 48:34 with 9:32 pace. Ran 5 min normal pace and then 1 min hard. Did that on multiples of 5 until 45 min and then I tried to gradually run harder to the end. HR 129 with a max of 145. 9:49, 9:21, 9:31, 9:38, and 9:22 with 54 seconds to finish. |
