AM run. 48:54 with 9:46 pace. Mile loops. 59 degrees with slight wind. 9:42, 9:46, 9:46, 9:52, and 9:44 with 5 sec to finish. HR 129 with max of 140. VO 2 Max back to 48. Had been 49 for 9 runs prior to going down to 44 last week. I had run that run 3 hours before my 16 hours of rest was over. I did that so I could get to work on time. I guess need to wait the full rest time. |
