The rain finally stopped and I headed out for a run this morning.It was humid but calm. It was nice to run and watch all the high water running through the ditches and through the fields.

I started off slow and picked it up at the end. That seems to be working for me here lately.

6.06 miles in 50:10 @ a 8:16/pace

8:55 - 8:39 - 8:38 - 7:57 - 7:58 - 7:38 - 6:26 for the .06
