I was very busy with jobs around the house today so when I finally got out to run it was almost dark.I ran 2 miles at a easy pace and then picked it up to a 7:50 pace and then was around a 7:05 pace the third mile, and feeling very good until I got a huge bug in my eye and ruined the whole run.I could not get it out and had to come back home to a mirror.By then my eye was swelled and blood shot. Some dummy almost ran over me to.(he must have been texting)!

It's the effort that counts today Mike. Some days are just not there for us. It makes the good days all that much better I think.

Great run until the bug showed up!

The streets can be dangerous, glad the driver saw you in time, or you were able to get out of the way.
