I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter. The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance. Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.
Personal:
I have two gorgeous daughters; two good-looking cats and two dogs with great personalities.
4x1000. Technically, I'm supposed to be running these at a faster pace than my 1600s, but I'm not very technical. I gave myself an "A" for effort though.
Ruck. 18-something pace. It was cold and I was wearing gloves and fatfingered the keys on the garmin and hit stop after 3/4 mile. It's no excuse for a run-on sentence, though.
Tempo @ 7:38. Ran with Aaron again. This time it was my turn to make sounds like I was in labor. Negative split due to wind. Achilles and knee were sore the day after.
