I would like to be able to keep up with my daughter.  The one who runs xc, not the one who's going to change the world through dance.  Although I would like to be able to dance also, so I change that to me wanting to be able to keep up with both my daughters.

Planned for 8 easy with Antonio and Joe, but did a bit shorter.  And not so easy for me.

Mile one was easy, but my hopes of that pace lasting throughout the run were dashed starting Mile two.

I really need to assert my position on easy running more forcefully.

I was too smoked to do a cooldown with Joe at the end.
