Beautiful day for a run. I got two miles that were painful throughout! I am so frustrated. I survived the cold of winter and it's primo running conditions and I don't think that I can continue to do this to my body... I'm at work now and can barely walk. The area around the hip is swollen it's terribly painful! I hate to be taking time of right now, it seems that I run once a week and then think that I can get back out there and then I'm back to square one! I should do something, I'm debating between P.T and chiro does anyone have any suggestions which would be better? It involves the IT band and the surrounding muscles and I think that it's tightness and other stuff but I've iced and used heat and massaged and used the foam roller to stretch it out... where do I go frome here? |
