I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious. Short-Term Running Goals: keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed. | Four miles total, 1.25 walking and 2.75 running. Not much but better than nothing I guess. Hip felt fine during the run, but a little tight now. I hope that I can work up to running at least 4-5 times a week soon but I don't want to push it back any further. This has been the most frustrating thing ever!!! | Comments(3) |

| three... .3 miles this morning and it was really warm outside! I don't know how we go from running in a cold as Jan. blizzard on the first day of May and then June like temps now but I guess that's spring in Utah? My goal this week is to run every day this week and see how the hip holds out? It's a busy week with it being the last week of school here but I hope I can get it done and that my body will cooperate. I think that I could go farther but because I'm going for more days this week than I've been doing I don't think that I will push the mileage for now. I also plan on walking with a friend for 3 miles tonight but I won't count that in my total for mileage. | Comments(1) |
