Running Accomplishments:

Did a half a few years ago, unsure of my time but nothing to write home about. I trained about 6 months and then took about 2yrs. off. Started running again this year but have never done anything serious.

Short-Term Running Goals:

keep running, stay fit and healthy, while having fun. Would like to get my mileage up to 25 miles a week and plan some short races when I get confident with my speed.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Get my mileage back up and run pain free!

Three miles walking, didn't have time for much else.  I probably could have ran them, but I think one more day of recovery is what my hip was saying.  I'm going to try to get in three runs this week in addition to the walking.

Good to see some activity on here. Hope the hip starts to feel better. The way I look at it is anything that has been hurting should start to feel better for us all as the weather gets better. At least it seems better.

Good luck on your runs this week!

So glad to see you back. Those darn hips! Let them know who's boss! I look forward to hearing from you more often again! Good luck!

We've missed you. I hope that you've been cheerful during this break from running. I think it gets so addictive sometimes we don't know what to do with ourselves when we have to rest.

Hey! Now the parties can start rolling again. Michelle is back! Take it easy, though, ya wild woman. So glad to "see" you!

Hey Michelle- Sounds like you're on the mend! Yay! I just noticed that you are "pre-blogging" ahead by a few days. I've done that before too!

From Michelle on Sun, May 11, 2008 at 20:55:48

I just realized I pre blogged for the week so I guess I'll just leave it and start on Tues. I'm to lazy to fix it all.
