Witch Hole Pond, nice warm morning. Felt a little better than I have for a while, but didn't push it either.
Eagle Lake around noon. Warm and windy, shorts and a long-sleeve Coolmax! Sciatic felt better than it has in a while, tried to hug the left side of the carriage road. Overall a very good run relatively speaking.
