AM Had a good morning workout and trying new stuff for this winter training. 30 min easy w/u run on the TM - 1 hour weight training - 30 min run again on the TM - and 20 min abs.
Ran into a few guys that used to work for me building log homes years back, nice to catch up with them again. It was a very busy day off work today as I had alot of stuff that needed done
