AM   Easy 30 min w/u on the TM at the gym,  55 min weight training,  30 min run and 20 min abs.  I am liking adding weights into the mix as I have not done to much of it and just ran.  Looking forward to next years trail racing as I am wanting to step it up for 2016,  wanting to run some 50 milers and some 50k and alot more bike for '16 along with LOTOJA and Rio 100 miler at the end of the year.

5:30 am run on an awesome morning, light snow, warm temps, and the only runner out around the Greenbelt.  Ran from Greenbelt to Panchari to Freeman Park and back, In Freeman they even had some of the Festival lights lit up even.   6.6 miles

5am   Ran with my new dog this morning and he did great.  Slick pathways and snowing alot.

5:30am run wirg Rango,  Alot of pathways are not plowed out yet and had to jump onto the road but all and all it was nice out this morning.  Ran into Don and Sandy and had them meet Rango.

It has been so dang cold out and have not been able to run outside with my dog.  25 mile bike rid on the trainer at home.

AM   Went to the gym this morning and ran on t new TM,  Sage showed up and ran a few miles with her and taed alot about our dogs and running in the cold with them.

4:30 am run  1* out this morning and I brought Rango with me to run but he was having a little trouble after 3 miles and ended taking him home.  Felt bad for him but wanted to try and see if he would be ok and I know his limits now.  After dropping him off I went back out for another 7.18 miles
