8a.m. Went to preview the Scofield race course. Rode 26.30miles 1:18:33

Tempo run immediately following: 5.52mi 42:13

Walked for about 10minutes to cool down then swam in the lake 6 minutes (was all I could stand without a wetsuit, goggles, earplugs, or a cap.) 

Longboarded 3 miles down Provo Canyon in the eve with Kids.

Up in Scofield Pre race and set up Campsite along the Lake. We stayed at Madsen Bay the the Reservoir just 1.5 miles away from the race start.

5.33mile Bike to loosen up legs. Followed by a short run to do the same.
