Today was FaNtAsTiC! Put's that Lily Allen song in my head...The Fear...Damn*T! I still don't know how to put video's on here...here you go watch it:

"And that's what makes my life so freaking fantastic"

And, well, No, she didn't really say "freaking"....Oh, and btw..I love it when men dance like that!!! :D

OH...ok..got sidetracked. So I got up and drank a few cups of coffee with toast (yeah I am back on the toast, I am weak) and egg whites.

Drove out to American Fork, couldn't find Scott (Ok no I wasn't really stalking Scott, just being silly) anywhere so I gave up and decided to run the Race course..3miles to be exact. Decided to try out my Hyperspeed's without socks. Thinking I might end up wearing the Launch for the race instead, only because I feel I can pound it out harder in those. We shall see. So I was too lazy to warm up or cooldown..not the wisest choice, just wanted to go loaf around all day instead. UGH, forgot to tell you what else I tried without...Knickers. I just wore my tri pants..well you can imagine what happens to knickers when they are wet and soggy, they NEVER dry. Suppose I could wear a speedo under...I actually asked my coach what his wife wears under her pants..lol...U just wear nothing ladies! Well and men go without skivvies.

First mile of course is slightly uphill about 135 ascent. 7:06

Second was at 7:04

Had no idea I was kicking it in this fast...ended where I started roughly so the decent was 135ft. 3rd mile 6:00 (felt more like 6:45 pace)

3mi 20:10

Headed home and ate some more toast and coffee, with chicken and peas this time...found my way to the gym to swim 2400yd. Again I was feeling lazy, must be spring fever. That or, the gorgeous collegiate swimmer next to me was making me feel like a giant Slow sea urchin. Oh, well I guess sea urchins are really tiny like starfish, but it sounds kinda like how I felt..haha.

Spent the afternoon driving kids to sports, then got an email from Jun! Woot! Bouldering Time!!!! (Bouldering has to be BOLD too don't you think?) Jun was even cooler in person! Don't get me wrong, his Profile picture is pretty cool too. :P He was really nice to let a NUB tag along..I only have a few bloody scraps and bruises. I looked carefully that no dirt or gravel was stuck inside my knee ..Oh and I saw in the mirror I have a huge bruise on my boney forearm from falling still stuck to my bike the other day..haha.

Everyone has to know how wicked cool Jun is..He is going to do a 50 miler on Thurs..he only started running a year ago! Just wait and see, he will be doing Badwater with Vinh and ME!

Ate some icecream with like a cup of berries on it..WoW that's why I'm hyper..

Did get a good stretch in tonight..30min legs.

Now I am sleepy. Nite Nite. I will come visit your blogs tomorrow. Will be a lite day! :)

You really did have a fantastic day. The only thing that would have made it better is if you really were stalking me in American Fork. Ha.

Glad to see you made it bouldering, and had a fun time.

Missy, to put videos on your blog just copy the embed code and paste it. You will have to click more info on the right to see it on the youtube page. You might have to wait several seconds to see the youtube video pop up after you paste the code. Then you can publish it.

Wow, sounds like you had an awesome day! Nice run, nice swim, and bouldering! Is that the same as rock climbing? I have no idea. Anyway, that's awesome that Jun is running a 50 mile ultra. We can all do Badwater! That would be so bada$$! We'll I'm glad you had a great day! I hope you have a great week/month/rest of the year!

Anyone who does Badwater is out of their right mind!!! We watched a documentary on that and my jaw just hung on the ground for two hours watching those people!

You are FREAKIN' FANTASTIC!!! You need to do a race pronto!

I'm going to try to make it over to rec to watch (I gotta see you win this thing!!). Hubby has something in the morning, so I may just catch the tail end.

Fantastic workout! You are FAST!

Scott..you were right, I am sore in really weird places..haha...well the forearms I knew would get sore..though I thought I took it pretty "easy"...I was trying to avoid soreness..Then my upper traps are sore too...Hope I am unsore by Saturday, I tried to call my Massage Guy but he never called me back! Grrr.

Vinh..I will try and get a random video on my next blog entry..haha...Oh and yes, bouldering is rock climbing but on a giant boulder without a harness or ropes. These aren't too high so it's pretty safe..we had mats on the ground and Jun Spotted me.

Scott: Would you say those boulders at The Secret Garden are 20ft high?

Oh and back to Vinh: I have never done an ultra..26.2 is it. I don't warm up for a marathon so the most I have done is that exact distance..need to change that pronto! :P

Kelli want to know something funny? The fall after I Had my last baby I was up late one night..couldn't sleep so I turned on PBS and started watching a documentary on St. George Marathon. I was like...Woah..these people are on a different planet! They were all hyper and animated before the race..I had never run before. The funny thing is a few months later in January I started running to improve fitness. I ran the St. George that year..a year after watching the documentary. :)

Aaah Toby...This is my First Triathlon..it would be really funny if I won it! :P If you do end up my way, it starts at 9am. :) Don't expect much..haha...*Gulp*

Missy, sorry I didn't make my 50 miler yesterday. You hyped it up so much for me I feel like I've disappointed people. No matter, I'll still take an ultra.

And hey, I dance like that at home all the time.

Glad you recovered from climbing. That was a ton of fun. I'll let you know when we head up again. Most people I know will be going Saturday, but you'll be busy and I won't be there. Probably early next week. Good luck tomorrow.
