9:30pm Pretty bad treadmill run. Got home late from Salt Lake. Went to Creamery with Fam and indulged in a double cheeseburger, fries, and rootbeer. Try running with that on your stomach.

Missy you have to send me some information on weight training for strength please I am thinking for after the marathon so I can be strong enough to go back to track training any ideas.

I think I remember you talking about challenges too ie press ups and stuff ta sam

Yarrr I did Jun...Just did a weeks worth of laundry too. :D

Sammie: Anytime I eat something like a burger or junk it's usually PMS. So yeah, I wasn't thinking..lol. As for weight lifting...I actually have a method I would follow..haha..I have been studying to become a NASM certified personal trainer. Take my exam next month. I would be happy to help with some ideas. :)

Toby. :D Oh dear, I am "spicy"..thought I Had that properly under control..:P OH, and thanks for the good luck...Wish for no crashes..I like my skin the way it is!

Thanks Scotty! We need to all get together at the In N Out for a FRB party. I will show you all I really do eat that kind of thing..Tho I can't remember what sort of quality the beef is..eating greek yogurt and blueberries right this second. Yumyum!
