I bet Burt would not eat the Espresso beans, too much caffeine!

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 00:33:51 from 67.40.115.3

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 02:33:58 from 67.40.115.3

I love my UK friends...always up late with me! :) Otherwise I would be all alone! :)

From Scott Wesemann on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:28:59 from 75.162.73.244

Time to write CORE on your hand too. Nice pics and workout. I'll have to try the beans sometime. Whenever I drink too much caffeine I get a Harry Potter vein in my forehead. Ha.

From Scott Wesemann on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:29:35 from 75.162.73.244

The vein looks like a lightning bolt. :)

From Scott Wesemann on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:30:19 from 75.162.73.244

One more thing: You need a tan. J/K. Don't we all need some sun about now? :P

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:34:42 from 67.40.115.3

Haha....Scott! I get veins on my head several times a day...Always when lifting I get like 3 veins on my forehead..or after a shower..I think it looks cool..When I am cold all my vascularity shrinks...OH, I will share my beans with ya! OMG, I need a tan..sheesh! I haven't been this pale since I was a teen in my "gothic" stage..haha.

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:35:57 from 67.40.115.3

Scott, is there a WILD party in American Fork? Haha..why are you up so late? I am always fighting my night owl-ness...6pm-6am..my default hours..haha.

From Scott Wesemann on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:45:05 from 75.162.73.244

Maybe it's the beans that are keeping you up. :) No wild parties going on in AF... haha. They don't get very wild here the in the UC (Utah County). My neighborhood is way too quiet. What's going on in Provo?

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:47:27 from 67.40.115.3

Well..haha..my family is asleep..and I was chatting with buddies on Yahoo instant messenger....worked it hard today, have the night off and most of tomorrow...:) Feeling very happy! Hey, I registered for Icebreaker TRI that is in 3 weeks in American Fork..if you care..haha. :D

From Scott Wesemann on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:51:57 from 75.162.73.244

Icebreaker TRI? Where do you do the swim? Is it in the AF Fitness Center pool? If it is I think I watched some of it last year. That is where I work out. You need to get some rest... you have been working it hard this week. I feel like a slacker after reading your posts.

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 03:55:45 from 67.40.115.3

Yep yep...AF rec center thingy...Yeah I need to calm down and rest..My big probs are rest and fluids..not a big water drinker..every cup feels like I am drowning...haha...getting better tho, up to a gallon a day, I Have to drink so much because I still consume alot of protein..I'm a bodybuilder diet junkie...Anyhow..protein requires 7x the amount of water to digest as Carbohydrates...Added to that I lose alot of fluids sweating..so I drink all day long and am still thirsty...Dehydration creates fatigue...so you see my prob..Once I get that solved..My machine will be well oiled! :D

From Scott Wesemann on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 04:02:30 from 75.162.73.244

Okay, so you need to write on your hand the following: Drink, CORE, and stretch. Ha. Let me know when that TRI is and I will come watch some of it. I would love to do one if they would take out the swiming part... :) I am slow and not very good. Now go find some water and have a sip.

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 04:06:32 from 67.40.115.3

Ok, it will look messy tho..cuz it already says "stretchy time" has "H&M" and A giant Capital H as well...haha....Ok I wrote Drink and Core..TY! Great plan! Oh, haha..well Sure make me nervous by coming! :P It is March 20th..a Saturday...Oh, and the swim is only 300yd or meters...They might do the TRI reverse order if the weather is cold....Run first..:D ..Time for some zzzzzz's. Have a great nite Scott!

From Scott Wesemann on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 04:13:38 from 75.162.73.244

HA! Have a great night.

From Burt on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 10:14:03 from 98.177.216.165

Ha! The joke's on you! I stopped my no sugar diet Friday. There was no way I was going to not eat sugar while I was doing the Ragnar relay. Besides, if anything, those picture gross me out. I'm pretty sure that's the deer poop you scooped up from the other day.

From missy on Sun, Feb 28, 2010 at 14:09:11 from 67.40.115.3

Well Burt, I took the pictures especially for you...I knew you would remember the Deer Poop and get a giggle out of my eating this BEAN! Chomp Chomp! Oooh fancey Relay huh? Did you do it yet? I will go checky your blog Page!

Hard core Missy! Love the workout! I like that 3 miler you squeezed in. Your training is looking awesome. I can't wait to see what your coach has planned for you in the next few weeks. I need to get over this sickness. I'm feeling weak! Give me some of your super power Missy!

From Samantha Dean-Howard on Mon, Mar 01, 2010 at 18:34:17 from 90.201.147.80

your so like me sneaky run sessions then still tell the trainer and he sounds just like my coach lol and now I love my slow easy runs like the coach said lol ooooh we need choc caffeine beans over here I am a caffein junkie ha ha ha they look nice im hungry now at 11.13pm ooooh naughty girl LOL

From missy on Mon, Mar 01, 2010 at 21:13:55 from 67.40.115.3

Vinh....Yar, that 3 miler was so good! Haha...Got sore from it and the other workouts that day....Still sore on Monday, but it was worth it. Hmmm I think sleep is my superpower...If I feel like crap I sleep it off..and I never get sick so it must be sleep or...the espresso beans..haha. Oooh I hope you get better sooon!

Sam, they are so freaking good! Only like 5 calories a piece..:D Then I don't feel so guilty eating them. I am dying how you were describing that you crave toast like chocolate..I do the same freaking thing...when my PT cut the carbs low in my diet this summer..I would eat a piece of toast..the one I got a day...I would eat it like....it was better than sex..LMAO

From montelepsy on Mon, Mar 01, 2010 at 22:25:00 from 155.85.58.253

So your husband can get away with some heart shaped toast for valentine's day? You're a cheap date.

From missy on Mon, Mar 01, 2010 at 23:52:22 from 67.40.115.3

MONTE...I got a lil rosebush for Valentine's (Waste of money, it's going to die)..we don't get too excited about Valentine's..it's a holiday for single people..haha...We have our own Version of Valentine's every day anyhow. :D

I have heart shaped cookie cutters...but I am off Toast till March 20th...so he needs to think of a different plan! Hahaha.
