I am always a day behind on posts..lol. Well one thing is My day isn't ever finished till late..Like On this day I stretched at 11:30p.m.

So I went swimming at Noon. Was a "3000 Long" day..Longer intervals:

300yd Warmup

4x300yd Build (1st and last 50 strong) rest :15

1x1000yd Strong Pace

1x500yd Warmdown 

9p.m. Hit the gym for a late treadmill run 6 miles..Still doing heartrate training. Ran on 1% incline to prevent overstriding. It was a zzzzzzz type run. My body was so bored.

Stretchy Time 30 min. Legs @ 11:30p.m.

My husband is a goof..Likes to mess with my Wallpaper all the time:

Love the discpline in your training. I used to be so structured in my tri training, I followed the training bible to a "t". I'm just lazy about it now. Still get a couple miles in the pool every week and long bike rides on Sundays but not as focused as you! I'm just lazy :(

Sam...The workout I did today was much more fun swim wise..I will post it shortly..wait, it's just the same as my Tuesday swim..lol..My husband is a goof..He and Burt would get along..My hubby loves to do crazy things to pictures of me.

Hi V! I'm not a big juicy person. I prefer whole fruit..I eat blueberries by the cup full..:)I do take other expensive supplements tho..lol. OH, and if it is a "juice" that is multilevel marketing...I will NEVER buy it..and don't like people who sell it...lol...Tahitian Noni, Amway, Nu Skin, Pampered Chef...sellers beware!!!! Back off! ;P

Lyman: I am like a racehorse. I Have a coach and I obey. Lol. I even look like a horse! Neeeiiigh! Mmmm really tho, Tri Training is as natural to me as eating 6 meals a day. You just do it..and you feel good when you do. I have the Bible, and have flipped through it but not seriously Read it yet. UM...You are NOT lazy you nerd! You are just Less OCD. :)
