I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
4 in the morning and 6 at night. In the middle of both runs, I got really really hungry! It was horrible. So the obvious solution is to eat more. This evening I had peanut butter on toast and about 4 glasses of milk.
