Speed on a treadmill! So not cool. I did 5 sets of 4 minutes on, 4 minutes off at 7 minute miles for the first two, 7.2 minute miles for the second two, and 7.5 minute miles for the last one. Speed on a treadmill is hard. |

| | speed at the oval. I didn't think we'd be done in time, but Bill was right and we were. We did 6 800s, mine were to be between 3:15 and 3:30 and I hit 3:16, 3:18, 3:17, 3:18, 3:18, 3:18. It was nice to be so consistent. |

I also ran the 3200 and got a 13:13 (season PR, only 3 seconds off of my all-time PR). The two mile was my second race of the day, and I got fourth- it was a small race.
During the 1600 I got boxed in something awful- my start was terrible. So about two hundred meters in I slowed down a bit to get out of my box and then passed everyone to go from back to front- but it used up more energy than I would have liked. |

I thought I had only run 7, but then I found out that 28 laps is closer to 8.
8 400s w/ 1:30 recovery @ 1:30, 1:28, 1:29, 1:30, 1:30, 1:31, 1:31, 1:30. They were supposed to be between 1:30 and 1:32. |
