I have the day off so I decided to sleep in a bit and run later.  When I left it was 45 degrees, sunny, with some wind but overall a gorgeous morning.  I wasn't sure on how far I was running either.  I figured at least 10 but I decided to run by feel and just enjoy the day since I was in no hurry.  I stopped by the sub at ISU to get a quick drink of water after a little over 8 miles and was still feeling pretty good.  The only issue I had was my glutes hurt the entire way from last nights plyo workout.

I headed home nice and easy and finished with 16.12 miles, my longest run since Ogden.  What a Nice Day!!!
