It was 55 degrees and windy this morning.  The temperature was great as the wind and the clouds kept it from getting cold.  Nice to wear shorts again.  I ran 10.81 miles easy with a few good miles in the middle.  I also crossed paths with Kory and Barry and ran my last mile and a half with them.

It was 42 degrees this morning.....not too bad.  I ran in to Bob after my first mile and ran 6 miles with him, mostly on some trails above Satterfield.  It was a nice morning for it.  I ran 10.61 miles easy.

It was 37 degrees at the top of Buckskin this morning but we knew it was going to warm up nice so we ran in shorts and short sleeves.  After about 5 miles it was just perfect.  I ran with Barry Smith this morning and we wanted another long run today.  We ran 22.13 miles with 12 really solid miles after we warmed up the first 2.  Barry had a tight hamstring so we were really slow the first 2 miles to get him warmed up.  It was 57 degrees when we finished just past Century high school.  What an AWESOME morning for a run!
