Finished 2nd Overall in 2005 Utah Grand Slam to Paul Peterson. He beat me by 30 min in every race.

Completed the Utah Grand Slam 10 consecutive years (2003-2012). I don't know if anyone else has done that. Short-Term Running Goals: 2024 Goals:
Be consistent in my Riding.
Drop a few lbs. Long-Term Running Goals: I have long-term biking goals. Running is completely out of the question with the Meniscus in my knee. Personal: I'm in the 60-64 Age Group.....Yikes!

| 15 mile bike ride on my used to be 15 mile running route out to the top of Satterfield and back. Warm morning.
Knee is getting better. It's now been 24 days since my surgery.

| I rode the bike out to the Mt View Corridor trail and went North to 7800 and then back with a loop out through the newer section of Daybreak by the Watercourse they are building.

| Today I altered my route and climbed the hill on the MVC trail from 7800 S to 6200 S before turning around. It's a 9% grade for a large section. Good workout!

| I rode West on Siphon Rd until the pavement ended, then turned South until I hit the freeway and came back on the frontage road past the old FMC plant.
