3 miles of intervals: 1 min at 6.5 and 1 min at 5.2 for 30 min. (pre programmed treadmill workout) I felt kind of sluggish and ornery this morning and wasn't in the mood to go to work. Went to the aquatic center and determined to run until I was drenched with sweat and feeling better. The endorphin buzz was just what I needed. Didn't have time to lift weights so I will do that at home later tonight. How do some people make it through life without working out?
