Lunch time run on the TM at the aqt center. Hill intervals from flat to 10%. alternated 1 min of hill and 2 min of recovery on flat. A nice, nice workout! I am going to steadily increase the duration of the hills to help me get ready for the hilly half that I have coming up in June.
Just for the fun of it, I thought I would try a 12 miler at the high school track. It was actually pretty enjoyable. I had the whole place to myself as it was late at night so I was able to change directions and/or lanes whenever I felt like it. It was a beautiful, quiet, breezy night. Not something I'm likely to do often but it was kind of a fun novelty.
