30 min walk on track at the hospital. Today i commited to start a bie/fitness quest of sorts. I commited to myself that I will do 30 min minimum per day, every day for a full year. Kind of a mini streak. At the end of the year i will decide to end it or re-up for another year. Or start a different quest. Im too heavy to run at this point so im going to be walking but will gradually increase to walk/run as the year progresses. To qualify each day I need to: 1. Walk or run for 30 min 2. Read Romans Chapter 8 outloud. It's going to be an interesting year. |
