My usual out and back on BCreek. ran an extra 0.25 at the top just for good measure. It was a cool, cloudy morning. My legs felt pretty heavy so I focused on memorizing Isaiah 55: 1-3. Great verses! Still noticed my heavy legs for most of the run though.

Way to multi-task. You have obviously been very busy this week, all to the good.

Thanks Flat, Are you still in Portland? I thought about coming up to meet you and join you for a run but decided not to for a couple of reasons. One, it has been a VERY busy week and it would have been pretty tough to squeeze it in. Two, I seriously know that I couldn't run at a pace that would feel fast enough for you!

Hope you had a great visit though. You sure got some of our great fall weather.

No, I came back on an early flight yesterday. Interestingly enough, temperatures here right now are almost the same, very strange. If I make it up there again we can plan something and don't worry, nobody is too slow for me.
