I felt kind of sluggish and ornery this morning and wasn't in the mood to go to work. Went to the aquatic center and determined to run until I was drenched with sweat and feeling better. The endorphin buzz was just what I needed. Didn't have time to lift weights so I will do that at home later tonight. How do some people make it through life without working out?

I don't know how I did it for so many years. In my teens and twenties I was always active playing tennis and lifting weights. Then in my thirties we had kids and I quit exercising until I was 37 or 38. I feel so much better now

Great question Mack. I am a much happier, better person when I work out... and even more so when I can run hard. Looks like you got in some good mile intervals.
