How far on the intervals?

Rhett, I have been running my intervals on a preset program on the Landice pro sport treadmill. They are 1 minute intervals with 1 minute recovery for 30 minutes. Any suggestions on whether this is a good thing or not?

I did that workout myself this morning. I think it is a great way to do speed work.

Hey Tahnks for the welcome as far as what it takes to run at my masters level...I'm just happy to be on this side of the dirt nap and able to get out the front door.

Nice job on the intervals.
