Beautiful sunny, cool weather. Nice 3 Miler at JD Park.

Only saw one dog off leash. It came close and sniffed my legs. I had my pepper spray ready to go but didn't need it. I sure wish people would obey the law and keep their dogs on leash.

Amen to that. I got into an argument with a woman the other morning about that. She thought that just because her dog "wouldn't hurt anyone" the leash law didn't apply to her.

Dogs scare me! Thanks for the reminder to carry pepper spray. My friend gave me one for Christmas, I have not taken it with me on runs. I'm going to take it with me on my long run this weekend.

Glad you got some nice weather for a pleasant run!

I bet if you would have let the dog have it with the pepper spray, the owner would keep it on a leash more often. Would have been kind of cool to see how the stuff works on dogs too. If you ever do unload it on a dog, give us a good report.
