Looped around the neighborhood and ran about 1 mile barefoot. Legs feel 100% from the run a week ago...but trashed from the yard work I did on Saturday.

Bozeman, MT. Left knee started to hurt last night after my run and felt worse today. Lingering from my race or from the rental car?
Billings, MT. Left knee hurt the entire time. Not awesome. I think it was from the rental car driving across Montana...
2.5 solo, then .5 with the dog. Left knee hurt.
2 miles by myself, then 1 with the dog and the left knee started to hurt. Then played 90 minutes of ultimate frisbee...probably a mistake.
