8 miles avg pave 7:30 I have had to back off a bit from running far and hard efforts because of pelvic and back pain. 

30 minutes elliptical. I tried to do some strength training after but it was to overcrowded in all areas due to meathead overpopulation.

I am not going to Boston anymore. Long story, don't really want to get into it. Just thought I should mention that on here

7 outside. I do not like running outside in winter. I am sorry but I cannot love it. My muscles don't really warm and I cannot find a groove. I got home feeling like a total failure. I am not feeling it right now.

Went to the gym after running since kids were all at school. Elliptical for 38 minutes. Then strength trained. Fun to see my husband in the gym on his lunch.

43 min elliptical hell at the gym after. All in the name of avoiding valentines day damage.

20 minutes elliptical. Hard effort.

Already feel carb bloated from Valentines treats. Eeeeek!

56 minutes on an elliptical

Going to try and get out for another 3-4 in an hour or so.
