8 miles avg pave 7:30 I have had to back off a bit from running far and hard efforts because of pelvic and back pain.

30 minutes elliptical. I tried to do some strength training after but it was to overcrowded in all areas due to meathead overpopulation.

I am not going to Boston anymore. Long story, don't really want to get into it. Just thought I should mention that on here

I don't know if it this would help with your situation... but I sometimes have back/pelvic pain on and off and I have found icing those areas almost daily for about 10 minutes has really helped.

Oh No!! I hope everything is ok! We really need to run together. I have been going to a PT for my pelvic problems. She is amazing, has awards and tons of experience with women's hip and pelvic problems. If you want her info let me know.
