4.5 with Rachelle, Jen and Mackenzie in Payson. Good run. Played catch Rachelle and Jen the last half mile. Mackenzie and I didn't try to go as quick as the other gals, but we did pick it up some. Fun morning for sure.

If Rachelle's feet behave Saturday, watch for her to blast UVM easy peasy.

Ha ha Kam! They were gone the day after easter! Thanks ladies for the encouragment. I need it. I know I probably won't run a time like I could have 2 years ago, but I decided yesterday that I will try with everything I've got. Who knows what can happen. Definitely not top 10, the females are way stacked this year. Intimidating.
