12 miles up canyon road to the Escalante cross trail.  I failed to mention yesterday that I did speed intervals, so today running long felt really hard! I wanted to die the last 2 miles. I don't see how I am going to run a marathon in Sept?!?! I feel like I can barely do a half :(

Really happy with the last 2 weeks now, doing 50+ miles each week. Hope it keeps climbing. I am trying.

Oh, you'll be ready. No question. Good job getting out there.

BTW, I love Brooks Ravenna. After going through 2 pairs I realized I was buying the wrong shoes, but they never steered me wrong! Hope your ipod is okay, too:)

Tara that is hilarious. What kind of shoe were actually supposed to be wearing? The Ravenna took the place of the Brooks Axiom, which is the shoes I wore all of 2010. I ran really well in them. I am a Brooks girl at heart. They always seem to work for me :)

nice job, lily. you have plenty of time before TOU. you don't want to be feeling really great at this stage anyway -- save that for september when all the work you've put in comes together.

let's get a run planned -- probably in august because i'm in my des news cave right now. we can do a LR or two or three. :)

2+ months until TOU. You'll be OK!

Way to go Lily! You are a smart runner and you'll be ready!
