8.20 on the River trail loop, twice. Beautiful crisp morning. My legs feel stale and my pace is kind of slow. I can't help but feel a little down about this. Still glad to be out running.

Avg pace 8:08

Great run Lily. You are just getting back into things and doing great. The speed is definitely still there!

Glad to see you are still up and running! I would give anything to be stale and slow :)

Slow is good Lily! Consistency is more important. Glad you are out running!

Thanks you guys. My running self esteem is a bit low. :/

You're doing awesome Lily!! What are you planning tomorrow?

From Lily on Thu, Apr 25, 2013 at 13:25:07 from 166.137.119.32

Carina, as far as mileage?

From Carina on Thu, Apr 25, 2013 at 14:36:35 from 204.15.86.83

Yeah, I was thinking we could run some together tomorrow if it works out. The only bummer is that I have to be home by 8:30 :/

slow days are good -- i feel slow and stale more often than not. it keeps you healthy -- you can't kill it every day!

From Lily on Thu, Apr 25, 2013 at 15:23:56 from 166.137.119.39

Allie this is true!

Carina, so tomorrow, Friday you want to run? I would have to be home earlier than that :/

Lily, let me know if you want to do something flat and easy on Saturday, or sometime next week, on your side of the lake or wherever, whoever. 8-10 sounds good to me.

From Carina on Thu, Apr 25, 2013 at 15:34:00 from 204.15.86.83

Serious case of mom brain!! I meant Saturday :)

From Christie on Thu, Apr 25, 2013 at 19:30:41 from 66.111.126.9

The great thing is that you are running lady. I agree with Allie... I feel slow about 80% of the time. Speed just has to show up race day :)

As I read over your blog it's like we are the same person I swear haha we are always feeling on and off at the same time. I am feeling really slow these days w the whole cough/cold and low iron thing too. I have not signed up for any races cuz I can't seem to get in any good solid training. Ugh. We need some good luck. Hopefully this summer eh?
