7 outside. I do not like running outside in winter. I am sorry but I cannot love it. My muscles don't really warm and I cannot find a groove. I got home feeling like a total failure. I am not feeling it right now.

Went to the gym after running since kids were all at school. Elliptical for 38 minutes. Then strength trained. Fun to see my husband in the gym on his lunch.

this is a tough stretch -- winter has been around for a long time, and it seems like there is no end in sight.

once march comes, there will be more daylight, and we will get a few warmer days in there to remind us that spring and summer still exist.

Hmmmm. I can't remebmer what question I asked. I did get the BCAA's and I've been taking them every day. So far I haven't really noticed any difference. Maybe I'm expencting too much. Maybe it takes a while for it to really start working. We shall see.
