12 Miles at a 6:50 pace throughout. Lately I get sick after long runs and the harder tempos. This never used to happen. Its weird to me.

okay you just beat out melanie and julie. freak out. boston will be a piece of cake barring you don't get the 88 degrees and 100 percent humidity like last year..then all plans go out windows....but what is the likelihood of that happenening again so soon? YOU PICKED a good year!! : D.

Have you been eating before your workouts? If you aren't eating much and then asking your body to work super hard it could be the issue. That has been the case with me in the past.

I eat well, maybe not enough most days. I am a bit blue this winter. I don't eat well when I'm like that.

Yeah, this winter has been a bit depressing for sure. I would just recommend eating a bit more on the days when you plan a tempo run. It might help... then again maybe it won't :)
