I was out way late last night. I knew I wouldn't be waking early to run.

Got out just before 10 am. Ran the river trail twice plus some extension. Avg pace 7:38 Came home changed into less sweaty workout clothes. 35 minutes elliptical at the gym.

Glad I didn't try to force an early morning workout. I was way to tired.

I have a deep longing inside me lately to run a half. What to do, what to do...

Come to Phoenix with me http://thearizonamarathon.com/marathon/half-marathon/

Or jump in on St.G half next weekend. I say why not, it would be a great benchmark race for you as you move forward with your Boston training. Or just come to phoenix with me. :)
