14 miles out and back from home.  2:12:21  9:27 ave.  I started this run at 11am.  Very hot, running on the road with no water.  This was a very tough run.

5.15 miles, half hour break for an appointment then 5.15 miles home.  I think I averaged 8:30 minute miles.  Only 91° during this run.  After a few runs in the 100s, this felt very cool.

3.5 miles at Liberty Park.  I thought I'd spank out at least 10 miles.  Got started, never felt right so I bagged it.  I can't say I quit because I didn't have anything specific planned, but if I'm going to make the effort to drive to Liberty Park to run, it's never for just 3 miles.  So I got back in the car and got my hair cut,  I look great!  

Enjoying the Tour de France, as I always do, but It might be over.  Chris Froome pretty much knocked everyone out today during the first mountain stage.  Looks like this tour is over after just beginning.  At least the sprint stages were somewhat interesting, but it doesn't look like we are going to get any good, competitive climbing fights.
